  • Prepare tables, chairs, linens, and place settings according to event specifications [light lifting].
  • Welcome guests and assist with seating arrangements as directed by the event coordinator or Host.
  • Deliver courses and drinks to guests with attention to detail and timing.
  • Efficiently clear used dishes and glassware between courses while maintaining a tidy event space.
  • Respond promptly to guest needs, including dietary accommodations or additional service requests.
  • Keep the service area clean and organized throughout the event.
  • Communicate guest orders, special requests, and timing needs with the kitchen team.
  • Adhere to the established service standards and etiquette for the event.
  • Assist in the smooth progression of the event by coordinating with other staff members.
  • Help dismantle and clean up the event space after guests depart, ensuring everything is returned to its original state.
